Rumors went from downstairs up to the 10th floor of east tower in Tektite about the Verizon account. Funny, but this is pathetic, some were realistic, but some were nonsense forums about the management of specifically, the Verizon account.

Just wondrin why of all the accounts that teleperformance have, only verizon has this. hmm, I wonder if management made it worst. But those agents were just telliing what's the real score. Some supervisors and account managers were putting their messages as well, but of course, pro management, they have to defend theirselves. Too bad, Verizon employees are protesting and those were not speculations. They're just tellin' the truth.
